We take care of all household little things: soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrushes, laundry capsules and slippers. As well as: tea, coffee, spices and oil. Among other things, we provide guests with a guide to interesting places in the city, as well as special offers from the best establishments in the city.

Cleaning, washing and minor repairs
We don't bother you with minor repairs: replacing lamps, fixing loose furniture, repairing door handles, calling electricians and plumbers.

Equipment and communal payments
Utility payments and fees for residential complexes are the responsibility of the owner, but we will be happy to take on all the operational work ourselves. We will also help you buy the equipment you need to rent.
Revenue distribution
Revenue is distributed between the management company and the owner 30 to 70. After distribution, operating expenses are deducted as follows:
