Fresh oysters, cava and crémant served all day in one of our favorite brunch and dinner spots in Batumi.

Pure Bistro was created by the team behind Pure Coffee, but in a completely different format — slower evenings, natural light, wine, long brunches and relaxed dinners near the sea. It’s one of those places that perfectly captures the new Batumi atmosphere we love.
